Rose of Sharon

Holy Spirit

God our Father sent the Holy Spirit in Jesus’s name to teach and remind us of his Word. Our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit. Knowing this we must bare fruit such as Love, Joy, Peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and Self-control.

I am the rose of Sharon, the lily of the valleys. Song of Solomon 2:1

Reverence the Lord

The Spirit of God is our; Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, might, knowledge, Reverence and Truth. The Helper (Holy Spirit) bares witness for us to discern agendas of others. Where the Spirit of Lord is there is Liberty.

Wormwood Woman

Lips like honey

She is as bitter as a blackberry. She speaks poison covered in flattery. Her ungracious deeds are concealed. Her ungodliness turns her over to a reprobate lifestyle.

Her feminine waters are full of dissolution. Her relations have become contrary to nature. She is now abominable in the sight of God. When will she turn away from this bitterness; and receive the abundance of the Lord.

Perfect Love

Love one another

God is Love. The Love in us signifies God living in us and we in Him. We are to love one another as Christ loves us. Perfect Love (God) has no fear.

Fear is torment. Anyone who lives in fear is not producing perfect love in God. God says “do not be afraid,” at least 365 times in the Bible. So remember we are to live everyday fearlessly and righteously in Love (God).

Resist Jezebel

Phoenician Queen of Idolatry cunning and seductive led those under her spell astray. Dedicated to the worship of baal. Imposing her beliefs on Israel once she married king Ahab. Most wicked and manipulative she killed prophets of the most high God. Took whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted it.

Jezebels death was most horrific as she was thrown from a window by eunuchs where her body was decimated by dogs.

In short her prideful and greedy spirit still roams this earth in these last days. People of God, don’t be lead astray by heresy or false doctrines.

Women of God

A wife of noble character, more precious than rubies. Her husband can trust her with great faith. Forever she brings him pleasure, not harm.

She is wise in labor, she gets up while it is yet dark providing for her family. She sows her portion and reaps greatly. She works spiritedly and yet her light never goes dim. She is generous to the poor and needy.

Her household is clothed with scarlet and she is clothed in purple linen. She is filled with God’s strength and dignity. She speaks only wisdom. She is not idle, always tending to her household. Her family calls her blessed. A woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.
