The Patience Principle

Endurance is a necessity during this day and age. From politics to living with an arduous person. Often times there’s little relief. The will to tolerate suffering without becoming angry and bitter is a virtue.

And endurance produces character, and character produces hope…

(Romans 5:4)

No matter the circumstances, we must continue to remain calm. Especially in difficult situations. Patience produces character. Don’t let negativity pull you off track. Be patient and see the work of the Lord.

Ordnance of Warfare

We were given; everything we need to oppose all malice. God’s Word encourages us to refrain from all bitterness, wrath and slander. He urges us to be tenderhearted and kind one to another. Forgiving; as Christ forgave us.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds…

(2 Corinthians 10:4)

At one time or another we all have struggled against addiction, pride or lusts of youth. These are some forms of strongholds that keep people bound. The Word of God is combat for battle.

The Lamb’s Proclivity

Lamb of God

His Love is so amazing. What would we do without him? Jesus came to earth to show us; everything we know is the exact opposite of truth. This was done by Dictators to dominate humanity. The less we know; the more we can be controlled.

Jesus said, “Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

(John 8:32)

Learn as much as possible, about everything going on around you. Anything coming is just an old strategy packaged in a new way. Focus on history, but remember it’s his story (storytelling) not our story (actual events).

I won’t Let Go!

We must keep fighting for the best. No matter the situations in life. I admit it can be exhausting, but change will come eventually.

Then the man said, “Let me go, for it is daybreak.” But Jacob replied, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.” The man asked him, “What is your name?” “Jacob,” he answered. Then the man said, “Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you have struggled with God and with humans and have overcome.”

( Genesis 32 : 26-28 )

Jacob wrestled with the man all night for his blessing. It even cost him his hip out of joint, but that did not stop him. Jacob didn’t mind because in the end the fight changed his name.

Indebted Etiquette

I am grateful for Your Love. You took my iniquity upon Yourself; now I am free. Your instructions keep me safe from harm.

John 14:23
Jesus replied, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.

I live a disciplined life to keep Your word. It may be difficult at times because situations around me. You are my focus and strength. Help us dear Lord to continue our indebted etiquette.

Mirror my heart oh Lord; show me the depth of my of my Mind, Will, and Emotions. There is so much hurt turmoil and fear. You are my Strength to keep going each day.

The Beatitudes

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied. “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.

(Matthew 5:3-12)

Teach me to reflect who You are on to everyone that will come into contact with me. Oh Lord my God You are One nothing missing; nothing broken. I strive each day to be more like You.

These people are consumed with themselves. Therefore they expect you to be captivated by them as well. Narcissist try to control your perception of their narcissistic behavior by pretending as if it doesn’t exist.

Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.

( Romans 12:10 )

We must honor all God’s children. Love them flaws and all as Christ loves us. Be firm. If neccessary, sometimes we have to love some people from afar. Even if they are friends or family. This way they can see themselves clearly, but even when they realize it’s no guarantee they will change.

Keeping our spirits up maybe difficult during this time. While there is so much grief and disparity; little to rejoice over. It is important that we find laughter in the smallest things.

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength. (Proverbs 17:22)

Rejoice in the minute things. Be grateful in all things. Remember, theirs always someone who has it worse than you.

It is important that we are who we say we are. Our words and deeds should be identical. Integrity is when our actions and deeds become one. Maturity helps us to become responsible at all times.

One God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

(Ephesians 4:6)

This is an area where I struggle greatly. It seems to be almost impossible to be the same person all of the time. Especially; when our emotions can change frequently. Setting a standard for ourselves will bring wholeness. We must remember God the father lives in us and He is One.

Employ or Deploy

Have you ever wondered, Why we weren’t ever taught to master our gifts? We’re told; go to school get an education and work for someone else. So we go to school for years, accumulate student loan debt, then become an employee to pay off that debt.

A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men. (Proverbs 18:16)

Instead of being employed be deployed. Find a positive influential mentor, absorb their skills and knowledge. Perfect your character; become your best self. Eventually, it will be your turn to mentor others from the next generation.
